The patches include only ModOrganizer. I suggest reading the description and deciding whether it contains any fixes or features you want. On the discord you download a full build and install that. If anything is updated for that build it will say to download patch X and it will only be for that build.

Similar Content. Mart's Mutant Mod works just fine. I've had this problem somewhat recently in the past too with New Vegas and getting mods like Project Nevada to work, I was able to get a work around by installing it manually but this time around that's not gonna cut it. Oh and I know it's saying "Is being used by another process" but it isn't. You do not need NMM. Do these things. Run nxmhandler.
