Clear in-browser mega download folder

I wonder if anything can be done to autodelete those "twin" files. Like an extension or even integrated support in Opera GX. I'm just going to put my two cents here My thought is that the issue with GX as it's not clearing the temporary file the twin file once it is transferred to your Downloads folder. Downloading from Mega creates a copy of the file in filesystem.
